Hi everyone 👋🏻
I recently dived into the fascinating world of spatial UI design, and it's been quite a journey!
I really wanted to understand how the spatial UI design works and how users interact with it. So I started to work on designing an app that will work well in any amount of physical space while also considering the infinite canvas of the spatial platform.
Introducing ArmenianNest – a passion project aimed at revolutionizing travel experiences in Armenia. With ArmenianNest, travelers can effortlessly discover and book accommodations, guided by authentic reviews and tailored packages offered by various hotels.
Here's a glimpse into the steps I took to bring this vision to life:
🔍 Step 1: Delving into the core features of Vision OS, I explored its 3D capabilities, immersive experiences, hand and eye control, infinite canvas, and resizable apps.
📘 Step 2: Guided by human interface guidelines for Vision OS and spatial design principles, I laid the foundation for a user-centric experience.
🎨 Step 3: Leveraging the resources in the Figma community, particularly the invaluable insights from Apple Vision Pro's design files, I carefully crafted the framework for ArmenianNest.
👩🏼💻 Step 4: After completing the UI designs on Figma, I turned to Spline to implement the immersive experience I was aiming for.
